Michael J. Dyment

With thirty-five years' industry experience, Mike is a trusted advisor to institutional investors and top management in the aerospace, transportation and finance sectors. Michael specializes in corporate finance, business strategy, enterprise value dynamics and value creation.
Hank Krakowski
Principal
Captain Krakowski previously served as the COO of the FAA's Air Traffic Organization, where he was responsible for all aspects of the U.S. air traffic control system — its operation and maintenance, financial performance, research and acquisition of new systems and equipment, and planning for the ATC system of the future. He also spent nearly 30 years at United Airlines in a variety of senior management positions, including VP Flight Operations, where he was responsible for flight operations, flight training and standards, technology and labor relations.
Dr. Tulinda Larsen
Principal
Dr. Tulinda Larsen, a distinguished economist, has rejoined NEXA as Principal, bringing over four decades of aerospace and manufacturing industry expertise. Previously, she served as Principal at NEXA from 2008 to 2021, and recently led the Utah Advanced Materials & Manufacturing Initiative (UAMMI), now the 47G UAMMI Institute, from 2020 to 2024, securing over $30 million in grants. Dr. Larsen has held significant roles at the US Department of Transportation and has been recognized as one of Utah's top women leaders. Her academic credentials include a Doctorate of Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and degrees in Economics from The George Washington University.
Phillip A. Dyment
Vice President, NEXA Capital Partners (and Vice President of Geomatics Services, UAM Geomatics, LLC)
Phillip is a VP with NEXA Capital, LLC. In this capacity he works in client facing services, has supported investment analysis, business case studies and project finance. He has worked with NEXA clients on complex public sector projects including SENSR, the FAA DVT remediation program and the recently announced eLORAN rollout initiative. With NEXA’s private sector clients, he has supported M&A work including valuation studies, capital and debt placements with several aircraft and supply chain manufacturers in the United States. He has recently led work developing NEXA’s UAM Geomatics project leading to the establishment of UAM Geomatics, LLC, a new NEXA Capital Partners venture supported by dozens of aerospace clients worldwide. Phillip holds a Bachelors in International Studies from the University of South Carolina.
Ben Zevin
Senior Associate
Ben is a Senior Associate with NEXA Capital Partners, LLC. As a Senior Associate, he works in all facets of NEXA but primarily focuses on financial and geospatial analysis. He has experience in a variety of sectors, from Transportation to Healthcare but has always had a primary focus and fascination for Aerospace and Geospatial Analysis. He also works closely with UAM Geomatics, LLC, a NEXA Capital Partners venture, which provides clients actionable plans and geospatial data to the Urban Air Mobility ecosystem. He is a recent graduate from George Mason University, where he received his master’s degree in Data Analytics Engineering. Prior to that, he completed his bachelor’s degree at Virginia Tech in Computational Modeling and Data Analytics. During school, he worked at a healthcare non-profit doing data analyses and gained ArcGIS experience through various courses and projects.
